An Apple A Day Keeps Hunger Away
Join Whole Foods Market as they help to end childhood hunger by raising awareness and funds in stores across the nation. They've create four ways to donate to the No Kid Hungry campaign:
- For every pound of organic Fuji apples sold from 11/14/11 to 12/25/11, Whole Foods Market®, Rainier Fruit Company and Columbia Marketing International will
- For each Whole Foods Market® gift card ordered online from 11/16 to 12/31, they'll donate $1.
- Customers can donate online and they'll match their donations, up to $25,000.
- Vendor partners Arrowhead Mills, Celestial Seasonings and Terra Chips will donate 40 cents per redeemed specially marked coupons featured in The Whole Deal value guide, up to a maximum of $20,000.

Arby's
Restaurant Fundraiser Fighting Hunger
What better way to launch a new partnership with No Kid Hungry than to host an in-store fundraiser across the nation! Join Arby's and the Arby's Foundation as they pledge to contribute $1 million in 2011 all toward the fight to end childhood hunger. Visit your local Arby's restaurant and Share Your Good Mood by donating a $1 to No Kid Hungry and receive a $1 off coupon on an Angus Philly Combo or a Cravin' Chicken Combo on your next visit.
Make sure to stop by your local Arby's restaurant starting Oct 24th through Dec 4th to participate in this fundraiser and add your voice to the Good Mood Food movement. During the month of November you can also visit Arbys.com and take the No Kid Hungry pledge and receive $1 off your next meal at Arby's.

Cutting Away Hunger
For the holidays, Williams-Sonoma has the perfect starter knife for kids aged nine and up who help in the kitchen. This is a great way to help kids through Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry® Campaign. The stainless steel blade has a rounded tip, a serrated edge (safer than a straight edge), and a handle shaped to teach little hands a proper grip. For every knife purchased, 20% of all proceeds will be donated to Share Our Strength.
